Treatment protocol for sciatic nerve inflammation with mesoform therapeutic. 3 stages for a complete healing.

Treatment protocol for sciatic nerve inflammation

Stage 1. Sciatic nerve pain is most severe during movement; therefore, our first priority is pain syndrome reduction. Apply gel to electrodes. For unilateral sciatica, fix the (+) electrode under the affected buttock, where the sciatic nerve emerges. Position the (-) electrode on the lower part of the shin on the same side. Mode: P2, 15 minutes, daily for 5-7 procedures.

Stage 2. To combat the pain-provoking swelling associated with sciatic nerve inflammation, and after initial pain reduction (as per Stage 1), we target lymphatic drainage. Apply gel to the electrodes. Fix the (+) electrode under the buttock, near the sciatic nerve's exit. Place the (-) electrode in the popliteal fossa, a key area for fluid management in the lower limb. Mode: P3. Perform 7-10 procedures, daily or every other day. This approach is equally beneficial if numbness in the leg is present. Use the recommended gel or physician-prescribed medicated solutions.

Stage 3. The concluding phase of sciatic nerve inflammation treatment, once initial pain and swelling have subsided. To address residual inflammation and muscle guarding, apply gel to electrodes. Fix the (+) electrode on the lumbar region on the side of pain, and position the (-) electrode in parallel. Use adhesive tape for secure placement. Duration: 10 minutes, Mode: P3. Adjust intensity to achieve a comfortable, non-irritating sensation.
